Effective July 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pocket Edu. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pocket Edu on your own. A person under 13 may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult.

Profiles and credentials

You may use limited features as a guest or create a profile using Google, a username and password, or a 10-digit code. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity under your profile. Provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to the administrator.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Pocket Edu a limited permission to host, store, copy, process, and deliver that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. Content you intentionally place in a shared collection may be available to other authorized users.

Account administration

Authorized administrators may create, update, restrict, place in visitor mode, disable, or delete profiles to operate and protect Pocket Edu. Access may be suspended or ended for violations of these terms, security concerns, misuse, or service maintenance.

Third-party services

Pocket Edu relies on third-party services, including Google and Netlify. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Pocket Edu is not responsible for third-party services or changes to them.

Service availability and changes

Pocket Edu may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, compatibility with every device or file, or recovery of lost data. Keep independent copies of important information and files.

Disclaimer

Pocket Edu is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Educational or organizational material available through the service is general information and is not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pocket Edu and its administrator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, access, profits, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Pocket Edu changes. The current terms will be posted here with their effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
